We at The Restoration Team are excited to announce our new partnership with Magnificat Houses, Inc..!

Magnificat Houses, Inc. is a homeless and transitional housing ministry that has served Houston for the past 55 years. Their goal is to provide housing, food, and mental health programs to clients experiencing homelessness so they can grow in stability, productivity, and independence.

We have reached an agreement with Magnificat Houses to repair their very first property - a beautiful Victorian-style home in Houston's East End - which has been serving the city's homeless population for the past five decades. When we finish the necessary repairs and the home is livable again, it will house 15 women at a time for a 90-day recovery period (serving 60 people each year) while they receive the resources they need to get back on their feet.

Work started last week and we're making great progress! Our volunteers are working inside and out, restoring the home to look and function better than ever.

Thank you Magnificat Houses, Inc. for the opportunity to serve our community in a slightly different way! We are still active on our traditional single-family homes but are excited to branch out to this venture.
