TRT Just Reached 100,000 Volunteer Hours
We at The Restoration Team just reached a BIG milestone worth celebrating: Our incredible volunteers from near and far have logged 100,000 hours serving the community since Hurricane Harvey in 2017.
In the past five years, thousands of volunteers have served on and off our worksites, mucking homes, hanging drywall, framing, painting, providing meals, and loving on our clients. We have 100,000 reasons to be thankful for our wonderful volunteers, we don't know where we would be without them! The national value of a volunteer hour is $29.95 which means our volunteers have been worth $3 MILLION to our work.
